Biography

Senior scientist and team leader at FIS in the Advance Phase Project Unit since 2017.
Previously process chemist and team leader at ZaCh- – Zambon Chemicals (2002-2017).
She received a Master’s Degree in Industrial Chemistry at the University of Venice in 1998 and moved to the University ofNottingham for her PhD studies in organic synthesis. During her experience she undertook a wide range of projects rangingfrom APIs development and scale-up for Custom Synthesis projects and the generic market, employing both batch andcontinuous flow technologies.
Her experience includes developing stereoselective transformations from early phase to primary manufacture.
